French Macarons are so easy to fall in love with. For me it was years ago in the very heart of France. Then I had the pleasure to meet a French lady, Anouck, who shared my love and she thought me how to bake the French Macarons. I knew then, this is quite a challenge and each batch of those little moody sweets brings enough satisfaction to brighten the whole day. The feeling persists till today. Now I'm sharing it with you :)
